Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules change, but as a courtesy to our other clients and our staff we request at least 12 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

We do send a text 48 hours in advance to remind you of your appointments.

 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 12 hours of your scheduled time, your deposit will be securely saved in your client profile as a "pre-paid card."  This pre-paid card can be used towards a future appointment at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding!​

No Show Policy

Any client that DOES NOT SHOW for a scheduled appointment will forfeit 50% of their deposit, while the remaining 50% will be securely saved in their client profile as a "pre-paid card."

Should a client NO SHOW twice, client will be required to pay for any future appointments in full.​
