Referral & Rewards Program

We love when clients return, but also when they refer their friends and family, so we want to reward you and them!

Referral Program

Refresh's referral program is one of our ways of saying 'thank you' to our clients for sending their friends and family to our establishment.

Our program will work as such:

  1. For every person you refer to our office, who books and receives a service, you will receive a $25 credit in your account.  

  2. The referred person will also receive a $25 credit in their account.

  3. Once you hit your 5th referral, you will receive a bonus $50 credit (instead of the usual $25) in your account.

These credits can be used towards any of our services, membership cost, or even retail products.

Refresh-Mints
Rewards Program

Earn 1 "Refresh-Mint"for every $1 spent in our facility (gift cards excluded).  "Mints" can be redeemed on services, products, packages, and gift cards, unless otherwise stated. 
 
"Mints" are not transferrable, nor convertible to cash. Redeemed Mints are not refundable, and are valid for 12 months starting the date of issue.

Clients will receive an emailed loyalty points statement every 3 months, and a expiry reminder at 60 days and 30 days before points are set to expire.
